炼钢车间转炉全封闭钢结构设计过程中常见问题及分析

ANALYSIS OF THE COMMON QUESTIONS IN DESIGN OF FULL SEALED STEEL STRUCTURE FOR A CONVERTER IN THE STEELMAKING SHOP

氧气转炉炼钢是在转炉中加入废钢、铁水及溶剂等进行炼钢,转炉全封闭钢结构是设置在转炉周围起隔热、防溅作用并对周围的平台及梁柱起保护作用的钢结构构筑物。就转炉全封闭钢结构设计过程中常见的一些问题进行讨论并提出了一些解决的办法,以便为广大设计人员提供参考。

When operating a converter in steelmaking shop,steel scrap,hot metal and solvent are put into the converter.And the steel structure sealed tightly is set up for heat-protection and splashed-protection of the platforms,the beams and the columns.It will be discussed the common question and put forward a proposal in the design of the full sealed steel structure for the converter steelmaking shop,in order to provide a references for designers.
