摘要
采用英制460 MPa钢筋,对剥肋滚轧和直接滚轧直螺纹套筒接头进行一系列静载、动载试验研究。结果表明:直螺纹接头能够达到等强连接,剥肋滚轧直螺纹接头的变形性能优越于直接滚轧直螺纹接头;直螺纹接头性能等级能达到JGJ 107-2003Ⅰ级接头要求;在应力比为0.2的疲劳荷载下,英制460 MPa钢筋剥肋滚轧直螺纹接头的疲劳强度设计值可取为207 MPa。
A lot of static and dynamic load tests have been done on BS460 MPa rebar parallel thread sleeve joints,which are direct-rolled joints and unribbed-rolled joints.The test results show that the strength of rebar parallel thread joints is up to that the rebar.Unribbed-rolled joints are better than direct-rolled joints in deformation.The properties of parallel thread joints can meet the requirements of JGJ 107-2003 I level joint.The design value of fatigue strength is 207 MPa for BS460MPa rebar unribbed-rolled parallel thread joints with stress ratio 0.2.
