摘要
通过对正交化试验设计的纤维高性能混凝土坍落度及受热150℃后抗渗性能、抗压强度的极差分析,明确短钢纤维、超短钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维、粉煤灰的影响作用,以此利用最陡坡法调整影响因素掺量,与钢纤维混凝土、高强混凝土进行受热150℃后抗压强度、抗渗性能试验。经过比较,延长调优峰值试件与高强混凝土的受热时间,对二者的相对渗透系数做出了回归分析。结果表明:受热后,混凝土的抗渗性能下降;受热时间较长后,钢纤维高性能混凝土与高强混凝土的抗渗性能相当。
The effects of short steel fiber,ultra-short steel fiber,polypropylene fiber and fly ash on the property of concrete,including the slump,impermeability and compressive strength under post-roasted,are analyzed by gradation analysis,the content of influencing factors is adjusted, the impermeability and compressive strength under post-roasted of the specimens obtained by the method of steepest ascent,steel fiber reinforced concrete and high strength concrete are tested.By comparision,the time for roasting the summit-impermeability specimens and high strength concrete is prolonged,then the relative permeability coefficient is regressively analyzed.The results show that the impermeability of concrete under post-roasted would degrade,with the extension of time for roasting,steel fiber reinforced high performance concrete would be similar to high strength concrete in impermeability.
