嘉峪关地区混凝土回弹法测强曲线的试验研究

RESEARCH ON TEST CURVE OF CONCRETE STRENGTH BY REBOUND METHOD IN JIAYUGUAN AREA

由于回弹法国家统一测强曲线在嘉峪关地区使用误差较大,有必要制定适合本地区特点的地区测强曲线。采用本地区常用的原材料制作混凝土试块,按照《回弹法检测混凝土技术规程》的要求进行回弹、碳化深度、试块抗压强度测试,对测试数据进行回归拟合、误差分析,建立了嘉峪关地区测强曲线,通过与国家统一测强曲线进行比较和实际工程检测数据验证,嘉峪关地区测强曲线测试精度较高,适合本地区使用。

Because the use of the national strength test curve by rebound method has larger error in Jiayuguan area,it is necessary for the development of the strength test curve in the region.The region's raw materialis used to produce concrete blocks.According to 'Technical Specification for Testing Concrete by Rebound', the depth of carbonation,the compressive strength test of concrete pieces,the test data fitting,error analysis are done for the establishment of the strength test curve in Jiayuguan area.Compared with the national strength test curve,and verified by the measured data by actual projects.The strength test curve in Jiayuguan area has higher accuracy,and which is suitable for the region.
