摘要
围绕应用于南京市地铁二号线东延线的,新型整体式纤维增强水泥基复合材料(FRCC)/膨胀珍珠岩(EP)复合声屏障进行了介绍。通过与传统插板式声屏障的对比分析,着重介绍了该种声屏障所采用的新材料,新工艺和新的结构形式。通过试验检测,证明该声屏障结构形式可行,整体性好,降噪效果优于传统插板式声屏障。
This paper introduces the new integral fiber-reinforced cementitious composites(FRCC)-expanded perlite(EP) composite sound barrier which applies to the east extension of the line of Nanjing Subway.Through the contast with the traditional plate-inserted sound barrier,focusing on the introduction of the new materials and new technologies and new structural forms used to the new integral sound barrier.Through experimental test,it proves that the structure of the new integral barrier is feasible,the Combination is good,and the noise reduction is better than that of the traditional one.
