摘要
WSP250工程属于热轧无缝管生产机组中的中型机组,锥形穿孔机是本轧制工艺生产线上的关键设备之一,到目前为止是公司安装的最大锥形穿孔机。通过对WSP250工程锥形穿孔机安装工艺全过程原始数据的收集,并进行分析和总结,为今后的类似工程提供参考和借鉴。
WSP250 project belongs to the production of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes of medium-sized units,The cone-shaped punch is one of the key equipments in the rolling production line,the punch is the biggest one which is installed by our company so far.This article mainly collected the original data from the whole process of cone-shaped punch installation technology of WSP 250 project,then analysed and concluded,So that it can provide reference and advice for the similar projects in the future.
