The constructions of intelligent office buildings(class A) and podia in land block E and F of Expo Village are facing the shorter construction time and some restrictions of reforming old factory building.In the construction of pullingout shape steel by SMW method,the quality control,progress control,and cost control are insisted on.By taking this technology and management,the old factory buildings near deep excavations can be protected.The whole construction can be in high quality and move smoothly;which provides helpful references for other similar constructions.
