摘要
秦山核电站反应堆采用了德国生产的DYWIDAG(迪威达)高强度钢筋,使用时分为预应力筋和非预应力筋两种。该钢筋在任意截面处都能进行接长或锚固,施工方便,屈服强度高。工程采用后张法无粘结预应力,可简化张拉、锚固工艺,可降低反应堆的配筋率、提高反应堆的抗裂度和刚度、节约钢筋。
Qinshan nuclear power plant reactor used a German DYWIDAG high-strength steel tendons bars,which were divided into prestressed and non-prestressed reinforcements.The steel bar can be spliced and anchored at any sections with convenient construction and high yield strength.The post-tensioned unbonded prestress was used for the project,which simplified tension,anchoring process;the reinforcement can reduce the steel rate of the reactor to improve anticrack and stiffness of the reactor to save steel.
