摘要
施工成本控制是施工单位增加盈利的根本途径、是抵抗内外压力、求得生存的主要保障。在工程建设中实行施工项目成本管理是企业生存和发展的基础和核心,在施工阶段搞好成本控制,达到增收节支的目的是项目经营活动中更为重要的环节,对这一问题进行论述,以便在企业的生产经营中起指导作用。
The construction cost control is the fundamental construction units increase earnings,is the main guarantee to survive and resist pressure.In the project construction,the management of cost of construction project is the basis for the survival and development of enterprises based on the construction stage.And a cost control of construction stage is a more important link of project activity,this paper discusses the problem to guide the production and operation of enterprises.
