摘要
利用2006年8月~2007年11月在胶州湾海域4次海洋生物调查样品,对该海区夜光虫丰度的季节变化和分布特征进行了分析。结果表明,胶州湾夜光虫丰度季节分布极不均衡:春季最高,平均为2.81×104ind/m3;秋季次之;夏季最少,平均为146 ind/m3。温度是影响其季节分布的主要因素之一;夜光虫的水平分布和营养盐的分布密切相关,呈现近岸高于中央,湾内高于湾口的现象;在垂直分布上,受摄食的浮游植物分布的影响,上层水体中夜光虫丰度一般要高于底层的;夜光虫的昼夜垂直移动受季节影响显著,不同的季节昼夜垂直移动趋势不同。
On the basis of data from investigation at Jiaozhou Bay between August 2006 to November 2007,seasonal variation and distribution characteristics of Noctiluca scintillans in Jiaozhou Bay are discussed.The highest average density,2.81×104 ind/m3,was observed in spring.The lowest was about 146 ind/m3 occurring in summer.The temperature was one of the most important factors in the seasonal variation of N.scintillans.As noted in previous studies,the densities of N.scintillans along the coast of the Bay and in the surface water were higher than those in the center and near the bottom, where the nutrients played an important part.The results showed that the diurnal vertical migration of N.scintillans was associated with the season.Different seasons had different diurnal vertical migration patterns.
