摘要
于2006年8月至2007年11月间对胶州湾中部及湾口海域Chla进行了春、夏、秋、冬4个航次的调查,对其浓度的时空分布和变化特征进行了分析,并对该变化特征与环境因子之间的相关性进行了研究。结果显示:(1)空间分布上:调查海域春、夏、秋、冬4个季节的Chla平均浓度变化范围为1.234~5.625 mg.m-3;(2)时间分布上:在垂直方向上,Chla浓度的最大值主要出现在表层,其它水层的浓度随季节变化呈现出不同的变化特点:夏季和冬季垂直分布变化幅度较大,春季和秋季垂直分布较为均匀。(3)对调查海域Chla浓度与环境因子变化进行了相关性分析,发现磷酸盐浓度以及浮游动物丰度是影响Chla的浓度和时空分布特征的主要因素。
Four investigations of Chl a in Jiaozhou Bay were carried from August 2006 to November 2007 and its distribution characteristics and fluctuation were analyzed.Results showed that:(1) The spatial distribution: the range of Chl a concentration of the investigated area in the four seasons was 1.234~5.625 mg·m-3.The concentration of Chl a in the middle of Jiaozhou Bay and estuary was higher than other areas of the sea.(2) The time fluctuation: the concentration of Chl a in the surface water was often the highest in the vertical direction.The concentration of Chl a in other water layers in different seasons had different characteristics: great amplitudes of variation in the vertical in the summer and winter and uniform distributions in spring and autumn.(3) With the analysis of the correlation of the Chl a and the environmental factors,we found that the variation of phosphate and the zooplankton abundance were the main factors that had an impact on the concentration and distribution of the Chl a.
