摘要
采用免疫学评价方法,研究了鱿鱼墨黏多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。Balb/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组和鱿鱼墨黏多糖低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除正常组外,其余皮下注射氢化可的松造成免疫低下模型后灌胃。鱿鱼墨黏多糖组小鼠分别灌胃不同剂量的鱿鱼墨黏多糖溶液(分别为25,50和100 mg/kg),阳性对照组灌胃盐酸左旋咪唑(20 mg/kg),进行免疫指标的测定。实验结果表明,鱿鱼墨黏多糖能显著提高免疫低下小鼠的脾脏/体重比值(P<0.05,P<0.01)、提高血清溶血素含量(P<0.05)、增强迟发型变态反应能力(P<0.05,P<0.01)、提高腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力(P<0.05,P<0.01)和碳廓清能力(P<0.05,P<0.01)。提示鱿鱼墨黏多糖能提高免疫低下小鼠的体液免疫、细胞免疫和非特异性免疫功能。
The effects of Squid Ink Glycosaminoglycan on immune regulation in immunodepression mice were investigated by oral administration.Balb/c mice were used in this experiment,which were divided at random into 6 groups: normal control group,model control group,positive group,low dosage(25 mg/kg),medium dosage(50 mg/kg) and high dosage(100 mg/kg) groups.The immune regulation was investigated with the model mice in normal and in immunodepression induced by hydrocortisone.The results showed that Squid Ink Glycosaminoglycan could antagonize the decline of spleen/body weight induced by hydrocortisone(P<0.05,P<0.01),increase hemolysin content(HC50)(P<0.05),heighten the delayed hypersensitivity level(P<0.05,P<0.01),promote the ability of macrophages for celiac macrophage and carbon particle clearance(P<0.05,P<0.01).It is suggested that Squid Ink Glycosaminoglycan can promote immune function by cell immunity,humoral immunity and non-specific immunity in immunodepression mice.
