摘要
通过2006年夏季对北黄海的现场调查,对氮的形态和分布特征进行了探讨。结果表明:夏季北黄海总氮(TN)浓度的变化范围是BDL^44.17μmol/L,其中溶解有机氮(DON)是最主要的存在形式,占总氮的64%,溶解无机氮(DIN)次之,颗粒氮(PN)最少,总氮的分布呈现由南向北逐渐增高的趋势。在北黄海30 m以浅水体中,DIN含量随着深度的增加而逐渐增加,而DON的含量则随着深度的增加逐渐降低,DIN与DON含量的垂直分布规律恰好相反。PN的浓度各层差别不大,30 m层含量较低,底层最高。总氮在各层的分布比较均匀,只有底层略高。
Based on the data collected in summer 2006,the forms and distribution of nitrogen in the North Yellow Sea were discussed.The concentration range of total nitrogen(TN)in the North Yellow Sea in summer was from BDL to 44.17 μmol/L.The uppermost form was DON,and PN was the least.The concentration of TN was gradually raising from south to north.Above the 30 m isobath in the North Yellow Sea,the concentration of DIN was raising along with the depth.Moreover,the concentration of DON was reducing along with the depth.The vertical distribution rule of DIN and DON was even reversed in the sea area.The concentration of PN in each layer was similar.The distribution of TN in each layer was even,except that it was higher in the bottom.
