摘要 通过胸腺嘧啶-汞离子(Ⅱ)-胸腺嘧啶(T-Hg2+-T)特异性配位结构的形成,汞离子(Ⅱ)可以稳定寡聚核苷酸中胸腺嘧啶-胸腺嘧啶(T-T)错配杂交,利用这种特殊原理可以高灵敏度、高选择性地检测汞离子(Ⅱ)。探讨了基于该机理的汞离子(Ⅱ)检测技术研究进展,该类技术在实时环境监测方面的应用具有很可观的潜力。 Through thymine-Hg2+-thymine(T-Hg2+-T) coordination,the resulting Hg2+-stabilized hybridization of oligonucleotides with T-T mismatches have been demonstrated as sensitive and selective strategies for Hg2+ detection.The paper revealed this Hg2+sensing system,and it was expected to hold considerable potential in on-site applications of Hg2+ detection.
