摘要 鉴于目前温室大棚控制效率低、实时性差且传输距离短的问题,提出了一种针对于大棚环境的基于以太网与CC-Link相结合的远程控制系统设计方案。详细介绍了设计的思想以及架构,系统的硬件设计以及软件设计。实验表明,采用以太网与CC-Link相结合的网络控制系统极大地提高了系统的实时性与可靠性,实现了远程控制中心、现场控制室以及现场设备间通讯的无缝连接,完成了各个执行单元的闭环控制,实现棚内的空气对流,达到大棚内各个参量的均衡调节。具有一系列潜在的经济效益与社会效益。 A design scheme of the remote control system based on Ethernet and CC-Link network system for greenhouse is presented due to low efficiency,poor real-time and short transmission distance in greenhouse control.The design are proposed in detail for the hardware and software,the ideological and framework.Experiment results show that real-time and reliability of the system are greatly enhanced based on Ethernet and CC-Link network system,and realized seamless communication between the remote control center,on-site control room and on-site devices.Finally,the closed-loop control between each unit of implementations are achieved,the air convection in greenhouse is realized,the regulation of various parameters is balanced.The scheme will also produce an army of potential economic and social benefits.
