摘要 针对目前生物实验操作平台的现状,基于三菱FA运动控制技术、计算机技术和电气控制技术,实现传统生物实验平台的从手动操作到可视化自动操作的提升,同时实现了远程控制操作等功能。该系统利用了伺服电机的高精度运动控制功能,结合以太网技术和计算机控制技术,在实现各种生物操作功能的同时,优化了系统的可靠性,提高了系统的操作性。 The Biological experiments for the current domestic platform can improve the status and direction of computer-based technology and an integrated electrical control technology to complete the experiment platform of traditional bio-mechanized operations from changes to the electrification of the operation,while achieving operational and remote visualization control operations such as a series of functions.The system uses a servo motor control system of precise positioning capabilities,combined with Ethernet technology and computer control technology,the completion of various functions at the same time,optimizing the reliability of the system to improve the system's operational,making the system has good The development value and room for expansion.
