摘要
在能源、动力、石油、化工及其它诸多工业过程中,广泛存在多相流现象。多相流问题的研究对促进相关工程设备的发展和创新起到了重要作用。为满足多相流过程的研究和工科学生利用所学知识开展创新实践的需要,自行设计、安装、调试了以多相流过程为对象的复杂流动过程检测与控制模拟实验系统。该系统以三菱PLC工控产品为控制核心,实现了物理模拟和虚拟仿真对象的检测与控制功能。经初步的实验运行,该系统可实现多相流动过程典型流动状态的动态模拟,为进一步开展多相流过程的研究和相关专业学生开展创新实践活动提供了实验平台。
In the energy,power,petroleum,chemicals and many other industrial processes,the phenomena of multi-phase flow are widespread.The study of multi-phase flow plays important roles which promote development and innovation of related engineering equipment.To meet the needs of multi-phase flow process,as well as the engineering students to use the knowledge to carry out innovative practice,the multi-phase flow process is used as a plant to design,install,and adjust the measurement and control simulation experiment system of the complex flow process.In the system,Mitsubishi PLC as control core,physical simulation and virtual simulation of the object measurement and control function are to achieve.After preliminary experiments,the system can achieve the dynamic simulation of the typical flow state in multi-phase flow.In order to further research of multi-phase flow process and relevant professional students to advocate innovative practice activities,an experimental platform are provided.
