摘要
针对公交、地铁、学校等卡片应用集中的行业中,票卡无法自动快速地清点整理,劳动力资源浪费,点卡效率低等问题,基于三菱Q系列可编程控制器,设计制造票卡快速整理清点机,主要运用Q00CPU,QH172CUP对步进电机,伺服电机进行控制,采用转矩限制停止功能,准确定位,再经过CPU计算得出卡片数量,数码显示卡片数量,通过C24智能数据通讯模块连接外部语音装置进行语音报数。解决了人工点卡费时费力低效的问题,同时可以加入太阳能电源即可白天充电,夜间点卡完全达到节能高效。
The cards packing and counting machine based on Q-series from Mitsubishi 's PLC family consisting of two CPUs,including Q00 and QH172,which are used to control the step motor,servo motor and some relative I/O system of the display of the number of the cards using LED,speaker for the number declaring using C24 of Q-series as the communication module etc.The successful applying of the functions of the 'automatic refresh' of Q-series and 'torque limiting' of QH172 make the sole axe for measuring can precisely be controlled and especially stopped,which is the key solution for counting.Overall the machine automatise cards packing and counting and the adding of the solar settings as the power supply would make the system much more energy saving and efficient.And it must be proven to provide convenience to any fields need the cards packing and counting rapidly.
