Application and the correlated research of MRI in assessing glioma angiogenesis

摘要 脑胶质瘤是成人最常见的中枢神经系统原发性肿瘤。血管生成是脑胶质瘤生长和增殖中非常重要的过程,是肿瘤细胞、血管内皮细胞及体内微环境相互作用的结果,多种血管因子在不同的通路参与调节肿瘤血管的生成,VEGF在血管生成过程中起最重要的作用。MRI可作为活体检测脑胶质瘤血管生成的重要工具,即可评估肿瘤血管发生又可监测治疗反应。因此,科研及临床治疗关注于揭示肿瘤血管生成的机制,探讨检测及抑制肿瘤血管生成及抑制肿瘤生长的有效措施。 Glioma is the most frequent primary tumor of the central nervous system for adults.Angiogenesis is considered the most process in the proliferation of glioma.The interaction of the tumor cell,the vascular endothelial cell and the microenvironment affect the angiogenesis.A few of vascular factors is regulating the angiogenesis of glioma in some unequal pathway,and the most important factor is VEGF.The magnetic resonance imaging may detect the tumor angiogenesis in vivo and the therapeutic reaction to it.Therefore,the mechanism of angiogenesis in glioma is a highlight for scientific research and clinical practice.The investigation is approaching the utility measurement to inhibit the tumor proliferation.
