摘要
大功率LED以其效率高,绿色环保,能耗低等优势逐步应用于照明领域LED路灯是国内外研究的热点,目前研发出的大功率LED路灯大多出现均匀度差,寿命短等缺点,还不能达到相应的道路照明标准。本文从配光、驱动电路、散热、可靠性四个方面分析了大功率LED在路灯应用中存在的问题,并提出了自己的看法,突出了可靠性研究在灯具设计时的重要性。对于灯具设计人员,只有深刻了解大功率LED器件的性能以及其与传统光源的差异,才能设计出性能优良,符合道路照明标准,可靠性高的路灯产品。
High-power white LEDs are gradually applied in the field of lighting,due to their high efficiency,environment protection and low energy consumption.LED is a hot research point at home and abroad.Now most of the developed high-power LED cant meet the corresponding road lighting standards.This paper analyzes the problems occurring in the application of the high-power LEDs in the road lighting from luminous intensity distribution,driving circuit,thermal dispersion and its reliability and also puts forward some ideas which highlight the importance of reliability research in the luminaire designing.For the luminaire designers,only realizing deeply the function and property of the high-power LEDs and the difference between them and the traditional light resources,can they design the highly reliable road lighting lantern that are well functional and also comply with the road lighting standards.
