摘要
综合阐述了我国退耕还林实施现状,从思路与方略、模式与技术、运行管理及其他相关理论等方面的研究,并针对目前国内退耕研究存在的问题和不足,提出应加强坡耕地和其他类型耕地退耕适宜性技术、理论、政策的研究,注重新技术的开发和使用。采用先进的遥感和地理信息技术的研究方法和手段是今后退耕还林还草规划和决策分析的重要手段。
This paper describes the current status of China's returning farmland to forest,includes ideas and strategies,mode and technical,management and other related theory etc,and aims to the problems and shortages of returning farmland,it should strengthen the study on suitability technology of slope farmland and other types of farmland,theory,policy research,pay attention to the development of new technology and use.Using advanced technology research methods and means(such as remote sensing and GIS) are important means of planning and decision-making analysis in returning farmland to forest.
