摘要
为解决不同现场总线之间的通讯问题,通过对工业控制系统通信总线的研究讨论,指出研究现场总线协议转换技术的必要性,讨论相应的现场总线协议转换的机理。据此设计出适合现场总线互联的解决方案。采用了一种基于标准网间信息包的多对多协议转换网关设计方案,并给出多协议转换网关模型和硬件实现方法。设计的基于工业控制现场总线的嵌入式监控系统,适用于改造现有的现场总线网络,在使用现有的现场总线控制网络的情况下,实现与Internet的集成,解决设备直接上网问题。同时采用μCL inux操作系统为软件平台,对Boa W eb服务器进行配置和移植,通过编写相应的动态W eb页面的CG I程序,达到远程监控的目的。
To solve the communication between different fieldbuses,by means of analyzing communication bus of industrial control system,the principle of the fieldbus protocol conversion is discussed.According to the basic construction of network,a scheme of fieldbus conversion is designed to accomplish the communication between different interfaces and integrate with the Internet.The embedded monitor system based on industrial control fieldbus is suitable for existing fieldbus network.The Boa Web server is configured and transplanted by using operating system of μCLinux.The corresponding dynamic CGI program of Web page is compiled and remote terminal equipments can be accessed and controlled.
