摘要
为给出行提供信息参考,进而减少交通拥堵,通过研究国际上主流的实时交通信息技术,结合国内道路交通和通信等基础设施状况,设计了一种新的实时交通信息系统GPRS-TMC,即以GPRS方式传输交通信息报文。GPRS-TMC系统符合国家标准《交通及出行者信息(TTI)-经交通报文编码的TTI报文》,目前已投入商用,效果良好。该系统可满足终端导航,在线地图等对各类实时交通信息服务需求。
To offer traffic information services and then to reduce traffic jams,by researching the international real-time information technology,a new kind of real-time traffic information system GPRS-TMC is designed based on the status of road network and communication service,and in the system the traffic message is transported by GPRS.The system is consistent with national standard-Traffic and Traveler Information(TTI)-TTI messages via traffic message coding.The system works well in practice and it satisfied all requirements such as navigation device and online map service.
