摘要
建龙钢铁的发展至今经历了发展初期、发展期及集团化3个主要阶段,工程管理方式也在不断发生变化。为使企业工程管理更加的科学化、规范化并推动企业发展,通过对建龙钢铁发展过程中工程管理模式进行梳理,进行了详细的描述,分析不同发展阶段的工程管理特点。发展初期阶段工程管理以市场产品为导向、坚持自主创新、工程项目普遍具有投资省、投资回报率高的特点;发展期工程建设项目具有规模大、投资高、项目多、系统复杂、技术含量和整体要求水平要求高等特点;集团化时期工程管理以"控股公司决策、工程管理部管控、子公司实施"为原则。工程管理应注重战略管理、产品决策、建设目标和愿景、自主创新、管理模式、工程投资管理6个方面。
Basing upon a review on the project management of the three stages of the development of Jianlong Group,initial stage,middle stage and group development stage,the project management modes in the process of development of JianLong Group is hackled,describe the details and analysis the modes and characteristics in different development stages.Project management,in initial stage,is guided by market,persist in independent innovation,and the return rate of investment is high.In middle stage,the projects are heavy scale,high investment and complicated technology.In group development stage,the rule of project management is 'the holding company makes the decision,the engineering department dominates,the subsidiary company put in practice'.Project management must pay attention to strategy management,product policy,project target,independent innovation,management mode,and investment management.
