摘要
废焚液烧处理技术是当前废物处理的热点之一。以液体喷射焚烧炉为对象,研究某实际农药厂的废液焚烧过程,结合工艺要求确定焚烧炉的控制方案,并对关键参数进行了焚烧炉的双闭环比值控制回路的设计,同时运用QUADLOG PLC系统进行安全联锁的控制方案设计。实现了焚烧炉燃烧温度,燃烧空气配比等关键控制参数的有效控制,并有效地保证焚烧炉的安全平稳的运行。通过对生产投运的实际效果分析,充分表明所设计方案的可靠有效性。
It is hotspot that waste stream incineration technology at present.The liquid inject incinerator and link with process requirements is focused on.The control scheme for incinerator is introduced,the double close loop ratio control system for key parmeters is designed.The safety interlock scheme is designed with QUADLOG PLC system.The parameter control of the implemented is implemented like chamber temperature,combustion air ratio,etc.The stable operation of incinerator is obtained.The operation practical performance show stability and efficiency of designed scheme.
