摘要
超临界机组分离器出口蒸汽品质是超临界机组的一个非常重要的参数,它直接影响了机组的安全稳定性。因此对于它的控制也是超临界机组中非常重要的一个控制回路。而在超临界直流炉中一般用给水控制该参数。从直流炉本身的动态特性分析,并利用增量式函数观测器的理论,提出一种针对直流炉的给水控制方案,并在某600 MW超临界直流炉中得到了很好的应用。
The export steam quality of separator which directly affected the stabilization of unit is an important parameter to supercritical unit.Therefore,the control of export steam quality becomes a crucial control loop to supercritical unit.In once-through boiler it is to adjust the feed water to control the export steam quality.The dynamic characteristic of once-through boiler is analyzed and a control method toward feed water based on the conception of incremental function observer is proposed,The perfect application in ultra-and supercritical once-through 600 MW unit is obtained by the methed.
