摘要
介绍了应用于单片机的可编程逻辑控制器硬件设计,整个硬件系统包括单片机的串口通信,系统的存储单元和时钟芯片、人机界面、输入输出接口电路等部分,叙述了各部分电路的功能特点以及设计方案及原理。系统在功能上可通过人机界面(4*4行列式按键)或上位机进行PLC的工作组态编程,满足用户的多样化应用要求。系统工作时可接收8路开关输入信号,对输入信号按工作组态编程进行逻辑处理,最后通过输出电路输出,同时将输入和输出信号状态在液晶显示器(LCD1602)实时显示。系统硬件设计采用了模块化的思路,方便用户灵活配置,使用方便,性能可靠,最终达到了设计的要求,具有一定的实际应用价值。
The hardware design of the programmable logic controller based on single-chip computer is introduced.The whole hardware system includes serial communication,the memory unit,clock chip,human-machine interface and input-and-output interface circuit and so on.The functional characteristics of different parts of circuit,design projects and principle are described.The system can configure PLC through human-machine interface(4*4 row or column type keys) or through to PC,satisfy the request of customers.It can receive signal from eight-line key, and has the capacity of programmable through work configuration to process the signal logically,and output the result at last.The input and output signal will be real-timely displayed in the LCD(LCD1602).The system hardware design adopts the way of modularization,which makes it more convenient for customer to allocate and use.The characteristic of the whole system has been realized and satisfies the design request.It has certain practical value.
