摘要
为了满足冶金企业能源管理系统中复杂的基础自动化通信需求,使其具备完善的能源信息采集系统,提出一种基于OPC标准的基础自动化通信方案。首先分析了目前冶金企业能源管理系统中各种不同的基础通信需求,然后介绍了OPC标准的通信协议,提出了基于OPC标准的基础自动化通信方案,并且给出了针对不同的通信环境,在整个能源管理的信息采集系统中应用该方案的方法。通过论述,可以了解使用OPC标准的基础自动化通信方案是解决能源管理系统中的基础自动化通信问题的有效方法。
In order to meet the complicate basic automation communication requirements in metallurgical enterprises energy management system,and make the SCADA system by perfect,a basic automation communication solution based on OPC standerds is proposed.Different kinds of communication requirements in energy management system are analyzed and the OPC communication specifications are introduced.The solution based on OPC and the method of the application are also given.
