摘要
热连轧生产工艺中,卷取部分作为成品生产的最后环节,其精确的设备控制、合理的模型计算直接影响着成品板卷的最终质量。唐山不锈钢1580mm热轧生产线由德国西门子和唐山微尔电子共同合作完成,其中热轧卷取区域的自动控制系统由唐山微尔电子设计集成。简要介绍热轧卷取设备及工艺的基础上,着重说明了唐山不锈钢1580mm热轧卷取控制系统的控制器硬件选型,网络结构组建,以及控制功能分配等设计方案和实现方法。实际工程应用效果证明,该控制系统设计先进、运行稳定,控制效果很好。
Down coiler is one of the most important parts in hot strip mill production line,it's performance of fast responds and accuracy of calculation,plays very important role to the quality of the final products.Tangshan stainless steel 1 580 mm hot strip mill project is done under the cooperation of SIEMNES and Tangshan Will Electronic.And the down coiler automation system is designed and integrated by Tangshan Will Electronic.A brief introduction of hardware design,network configuration and function assignment are introduced,and some equipments and technology description are included.The application result shows that the automation system has good reliability and wonderful control performance.
