摘要
在广泛研究比较目前较实用的混凝投药算法的基础上,探讨了基于浊度的前馈一反馈控制系统。处理单元环节的自动控制方面,混凝投药是重要的环节,因为这环节关系到出厂水的水质。混凝投药的关键之处在于如何确定混凝剂的投加量。基于浊度的前馈一反馈控制在一定程度上解决了稳定性与控制精度之间的矛盾,能将出厂水质量控制在设置值附近。按此想法构成的混凝投药前一反馈控制系统由浊度反馈控制系统和流量计、计量泵冲程自动调节组成。其中的计量泵冲程自动调节器依据流量计送来的流量信号,通过调节加药泵的冲程改变投药量来实现流量前馈控制。
In production process of waterworks,the quantity of medicament is of most importance because it relates to the quality of production water,meanwhile it is also difficult to deal with.Several applied methods presently used are overviewed.One is feed reward-feedback method based on turbidity.Fore-back and feedback system based on nephelometer can control the quality of water produced in the little range by setpoint.
