摘要
为了解决电容式钻孔应变仪零部件的清洗困难及提高效率,采用了日本欧姆龙公司CPM2AE型可编程控制器对超声波清洗线进行自动化改造。提出了链条链轮传动方式和悬臂电机传动方式两组硬件改造方案,在充分比较两者利弊的基础上,选用悬臂电机传动方式构建了超声波清洗线自动化系统的硬件。针对悬臂电机传动方式的操作特点,详细分析了PLC软件编程的实现方法,编程考虑循环、优化、极限保护功能、报警功能等。最终实现了超声波清洗线的自动运行,提高了清洗质量和效率,降低了工作强度,取得了良好的实用效果。此次改造简单易行,对步进循环运动的自动化实现有很强的借鉴之用。
In order to solve the difficulty of cleaning capacitive borehole strain meter components and improve the efficiency,the Omron PLC CPM2AE is used to rebuild the line of ultrasonic cleaning.Compared the chain sprocket drive with cantilever motor drive manner,the cantilever motor drive is chosen to construct this automated system hardware. The PLC software programming is analyzed in detail,considering cycle,optimization,protection,alarm and so on.A cleaning line of automated operations is obtained.The efficiency is improved and the work intensity is reduced.The rebuilding is a good reference to others stepping cycle automation.
