摘要
为了在最短的时间内找到故障部位并排除故障,以避免造成巨大的经济损失,保证工程进度,提高生产率,提出了基于实例推理(Case Based Reasoning,CBR)的故障诊断方法。根据发动机维修领域中的专家知识和实践经验,基于实例推理,对发动机在运转中所产生的故障,采用了故障征兆与故障原因相结合的综合分析方法进行推理机制设置,进而建立能确定维修方案的推理系统,并结合诊断实例对此系统加以说明。通过实例进行检验,结果表明用CBR方法进行发动机故障诊断可以取得令人满意的效果。
In order to find out the fault position and fix the fault in the shortest time,and to avoid tremendous economic lose,ensure engineering progress,increace producitivity,a fault diagnosie method based on case reasoning is presented.According to experts knowledge and experience,the method of case based reasoning is adopted to make up a reasoning mechanism for engine maintenance.A reasoning system is set up,which can work out engine maintenance plan rapidly.Finally,a fault example is applied to validate this system.The fault example show that this method can achieve good effect.
