摘要 目前所使用的称重传感器存在着精度低、易损坏、维护艰难等缺点,为了解决这些问题,提出了利用光栅光纤实现动态称重的方法。温度感应和应力感应,是光纤布拉格光栅的两个基本特性。从理论上分析了FBG传感技术,介绍了利用FBG实现车辆动态称重。实验结果表明,基于FBG设计方法可行,适用于车辆重量检测,也可以用作测量煤炭企业产煤量等数据。 The traditional weighing sensor currently used has some shortcomings such as low sensitivity,easy damage,difficult maintenance and so on,in this paper,a new dynamic weighing method by using FBG was introduced in order to solve this problem.Temperature induction and stress induction are two basic characteristics of fiber-optic weigh-in-motion sensor.In addition,this paper theoretically analyzed FBG sensing technology and introduced the WIM by using FBG.Experimental results proved that this way is feasible,it can not only be used for inspecting the weight of vehicles,but also for the measurement of coal output in coal enterprises.
