摘要 有效防治煤矿瓦斯灾害、遏制重特大瓦斯事故的发生、建设本质安全型矿井,并提高矿井的生产效率,促进瓦斯灾害矿井的高效集约化和可持续发展,是目前煤矿安全科研、技术和设备研发的重点。煤矿安全技术结合采矿工程技术、计算机技术、GIS技术、安全工程理论、科学计算方法等,研究瓦斯灾害的超前预警理论和技术体系,研发预警系统,并逐步建立预警系统,是瓦斯治理的有效途径和必然发展趋势,是实现至上而下煤矿安全技术监管机制的发展趋势。详细介绍了煤矿建立瓦斯灾害预警技术及计算机系统的综合解决方案。 To effectively prevent and control gas disaster in coal mines,contain the occurrence of major and extra-large gas accidents,build intrinsically-safe mines,raise the mines' productivity and promote the efficient intensive and sustainable development of gassy mines are the key points for research of coal mine safety and the development of technology and equipment.Studying the advance pre-alarm theory and technical system for gas disasters and developing and gradually establishing pre-alarm system are the effective ways and inevitable development trend and also the development trend to realize coal mine supervision mechanism from the higher to the lower through the combination of coal mine safety technology with mining technology,computer technology,GIS technique,safety engineering theory and scientific calculation methods.This paper gives a detailed description of the comprehensive solution scheme of establishing pre-alarm technology and computer system for gas disasters in coal mines.
