居民健康档案特点分析

目的建立一个规范化性的共享居民健康档案管理系统。方法采用B/S模式下对健康档案信息进行综合管理的计算机网络系统平台。结果以卫生部对健康档案的管理规范和要求为指导,密切结合我省的实际情况,以"统一规范;分级管理;准备及时;方便群众"为原则,以居民健康档案信息为主要内容。结论通过对我省长春市朝阳区三个社区站的实际应用(2000余人)情况反馈,认为该平台建设具有规范性,共管性、长期性、易用性、共享性、安全性和实用性。
