Chinese delegation presented the 144th General Assembly of BIE

12月2日,国际展览局第144次大会在巴黎召开。中国代表团出席大会并就2010年上海世博会筹备进展情况进行陈述。中国贸促会副会长王锦珍表示,中国政府高度重视上海世博会。中国中央政府将一如既往支持上海世博会的各项筹备工作,并将为世博会运营期间提供各种支持和保障。

December 2,the 144th General Assembly of the International Bureau of Expositions(BIE)was held in Paris, France.Chinese delegation presented the assembly and make presentation of the progress of the 2010 Shanghai Expo.Wang Jinzhen,vice chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade,said the Chinese Government attached great importance to the Expo and would consistently provide support for its preparation and operation. Followed by the conference programme,BIE Administrative and Budgetary Committee,Executive Committee,Rules Committee and Information Committee submitted general report to the assembly.Organizers of 2010 Shanghai Expo briefed BIE officials on the latest progress at the conference,during which Special Regulations Nos.12 to 14, proposed by the Shanghai Expo 2010 organizers,were approved.
