摘要
针对转化自热不平衡,艾萨炉炼铅烟气浓度,气量波动大,间断性生产等特点,对流程进行优化改造,解决了上述问题,提升硫酸生产能力,使铅尾气SO_2和酸雾合格率,达到国家制酸尾气排放标准,实现了无污染事故开车硫酸生产创新技术,为创造生态环保友好企业创造了良好条件。
Based on imbalance of transformation self-heating,unstable concentrate and flow rate of gas from ISA furnace and discontinuous operation,the process has been modified and optimized.Ssulfuric acid production capacity has been increased. SO_2 content and acid mist in offgas can meet national emission standard.
