摘要
系统论述了从低品位含铋阳极泥中回收铋的工艺原理及流程,介绍了试生产的实际情况,在实践中摸索出了粗炼系统和精炼系统合理的工艺控制条件和操作参数,成功生产出了精铋、铋珠和铋针产品,验证了新工艺开发的合理性与科学性。
The principle and process of recovering bismuth from anode slime of low bismuth is discussed systematically and the trial production status is summarized.The proper process control conditions and operation parameters of rough smelting system and refining system has been found;refined bismuth,bismuth bead and bismuth needle have been prepared successfully;and the new process has been verified to be rational and scientific.
