摘要
近年来会泽锌厂烟尘的处理量逐渐升高,导致系统胶、单宁酸等有机物升高,造成锌电解过程中出现的烧板、返溶、长疱钉等现象,严重影响生产的正常进行。通过铅烟化炉烟尘(文中简称烟尘)对锌电解生产的影响进行试验和研究。
As the proportion of zinc oxide dust increased in Huize zinc plant,the organic substance of ox glue and tannin also increased in the system;this can lead to plate-burning,re-dissolving,etc.By reducing ox glue and tannin dosage and the breakage of organic substance,the influence of zinc oxide dust on electrowinning has been controlled.
