STN-LCD生产废水处理与废水回用的研究

STUDY ON TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER FROM PRODUCING STN-LCD AND WASTEWATER REUSE

在LCD液晶显示器件制成过程中,过多水资源的使用也越来越被人们所关注。随着环境保护要求日益严格,节能减排,特别是减少水资源浪费,也日益成为众多企业及科研人员的重要课题。本文基于这一目的,结合STN-LCD生产线整体建设规划,通过在深圳市STN-LCD新厂建设上取得成功经验,提出废水分流分类处理再利用的设计方案,并对方案应用的一些相关问题进行探讨。

During production of LCD liquid crystal display devices,much concern is also given to the excessive use of water resources.With the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection,energy-saving and emission reduction,in particular,reducing water wastage are also increasingly becoming the important subject for a large number of enterprises and scientific research personnel.Based on this purpose,combined with STN-LCD production line of the overall construction plan,adopted in Shenzhen City,and the experience in STN-LCD new factory building,it is proposed the scheme of treating and reusing the wastewater.A number of related issues are discussed.
