摘要
采砂场的洗砂水需要循环使用,水量75m3/h,泥沙浓度15g/L,粒度很细,采用自然沉淀不能满足生产要求。采用混凝沉淀,设计新型高效沉降槽,投加PAM,投加量20mg/L,沉淀后出水悬浮物≤50mg/L,满足了生产要求。
The sand field needs recycling water,flow rate:75 m3/h,sediment concentration :15 g/L,particle size is very small,the use of natural precipitation can not meet the production requirements.The coagulation-sedimentation is used and a new,sedimentation tank of high-performance is designed,adding PAM with a dosage of 20 mg/L,the effluent suspended solids after precipitation ≤50 mg/L,which can meet the production requirements.
