摘要
SCR烟气脱硝是目前脱硝的主要技术,其导流板的形状和布置方式是保证脱硝效率的关键。通过CFD模拟比较了各导流装置的不同布置方案,初步确立了导流板、AIG及混合器的布置方式,然后在建立的实验物理模型中再适当调整导流板的布置,使催化剂入口层的速度达到了工程上要求的标准偏差15%的要求。从而证明CFD的模拟能有效的指导实际SCR系统的设计。
SCR DeNox is a main method used today,the arrangement of the guidvane is the guarantance of the DeNox efficency.This article compared some different arrangment and decided the arrangement of the guidevane,AIG and the mixer compared with the different arrangements using the CFD modeling,then through just a little adjustment to rectify the guidevane in the scale model,which made the standard deviation be less than 15% up to the catalyst layer,so the CFD modeling can guide the SCR system design.
