电除尘器高压供电节能公式的分析研究

THE ANALYSIS OF ENERGY SAVING FORMULA OF ELECTRIC PRECIPITATOR IN HIGH VOLTAGE POWER SUPPLY

摘要 提效减排与节能降耗是电除尘技术的发展方向,亦是电除尘器二大重要技术指标。依据大量试验和工程应用,从理论上分析研究出了反映电除尘器高压供电提效节能智能优化控制特性的规律及公式。这些规律与公式表明优化调整占空比与幅比的重要性,亦表明优良的电除尘器本体结构及其良好的运行状况是电除尘器提效与节能优化的基础与保障。 Electric precipitator is designed and directed to improve efficiency and reduce emission,to save energy and lower consumption.The two parts have been set as standards for electric precipitator in terms of technology.According to numerous experiments and applications to engineering practice,theorectical study has revealed the rule and formula of intelligent biasing characteristic.The rules and formulas show the importance of adjusting dutyfactor and amplitude ratio.They also indicate that the fine structure and operational state of electric precipitator itself is essential to improve efficiency and energy conservation.
