La^(3+)/TiO_2复合微粒固相光催化降解聚氯乙烯薄膜 被引量:2

SOLID-PHASE PHOTOCATALYTIC DEGRADATION OF PVC FILM BY La^(3+)/TiO_2 COMPOSITE PARTICLES

摘要 以酸催化的快速溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列La3+不同掺杂量的TiO2光催化剂材料,在室温条件下用于固相光催化降解聚氯乙烯(PVC)薄膜的研究。对分散有光催化剂的PVC薄膜在紫外光照射下的光催化氧化降解过程进行了红外光谱(FT-IR)和失重情况分析。结果表明:6W紫外灯(λmax=365nm)照射240h后,纯PVC失重仅为5.41%;纯TiO2光催化剂的加入,可使PVC失重加速,约为16.84%;La3+掺杂后,0.01%La3+/TiO2,0.05%La3+/TiO2,0.1%La3+/TiO2,0.5%La3+/TiO2,1%La3+/TiO2分别可使PVC薄膜失重约为8.53%,26.24%,8.90%,6.32%,9.80%。适量La3+的掺杂可进一步提高TiO2的催化活性,加速PVC的光催化降解失重。 The La 3+ doped TiO_2 composite particles with different doping amount were successfully prepared by acid-catalyzed rapid sol-gel method,and were used as a photocatalysts for the solid-phase photocatalytic degradation of PVC film at room temperature.The photocatalytic degradation of PVC film containing photocatalysts under ultraviolet light was studied by FT-IR and weight loss analysis.The results showed that the pristine PVC film lost only 5.41 % of its mass under ultraviolet irradiation for 240 h;the presence of neat TiO_2 can accelerate weight loss of PVC film,and made PVC film lose 16.84 %.After La 3+ was doped,0.01% La 3+ /TiO_2,0.05% La 3+ /TiO_2,0.1%La 3+ /TiO_2,0.5% La 3+ /TiO_2,and 1% La 3+ /TiO_2 made PVC lose their mass about 8.53%,26.24%,8.90%,6.32% and 9.80%,respectively.Proper La 3+ doping can enhance the catalytic activity of TiO_2 for the solid-phase photocatalytic degradation of PVC film.
