摘要
漆酶是一种含铜多酚氧化酶,具有催化氧化酚型底物的能力,能参与木素的降解、聚合。它在工业中的应用已拓展到脱墨、漂白、制浆、纤维改性和废水处理等诸多方面。对常用介体、介体的应用及限制等几个方面进行了介绍。
Laccase is a polyphenol oxidase with Cu+,having the ability to catalyze and oxidate polyphenotic substrates,and participate in the degradation or polymerization of lignin.It has been widely used in different areas of pulp and paper industry,such as deinking,bleaching,pulping,effluent treating and so on.In this paper,the commonly used mediators,its application and limitations are reviewed.
