山上提质、山下增绿,科学推进造林绿化“一大四小”工程

Raising Quality on Mountains, Increasing Green in Plain, Sciencific Advancement of Afforestation "One Big and Four Small" Project

针对造林绿化"一大四小"工程中存在的问题,提出山上提质,稳定现有的森林面积,优化森林结构,提高森林质量,增加林地的产出和效益;山下增绿,分类定位、明确责任,重点突破、分步推进,选准树种、提高功效。

Aim at questions existed in the afforestation'one big and four small'project in Jiangxi Province,raising quality on mountains,stabilizing existing forest area,optimizing forest structure,improving forest quality,increasing forest land output and benefit;increasing green in plain,the classified localization,expliciting responsibility,breakthrough at keypoint,advancing by step,slecting tree species and enhancing afforestation effect,etc.were put forward in this paper.
