章江属长江流域赣江水系的重要支流。地处源头的崇义县通过加强病虫情监测,组建林业协会和除治专业队,发挥林业经营大户带动林农群防群治的作用,强化各级森防职责以及创新工作机制,同时根据林业有害生物的发生规律及生活习性,采取分类施策、科学防控等一系措施,有效控制林业有害生物发生,维护章江源头生态安全,促进林区稳定,森林建康,经济增长。
