发展工业原料林基地建设,不仅能有效解决木材加工企业的原料供应问题,而且对于缓解林业产业发展对生态建设的影响,保障生态建设工程的顺利实施,巩固林业工程建设成果,促进森林生态体系和林业产业体系的协调发展,实现林业发展、林农增收和林区建设目标具有重要的意义。
Developing the construction of industrial raw-material forest bases not only can effectively solve the raw materials supply for timber-processing enterprises,but also has great significance on easing the impact of forestry industry development on ecological construction,insuring the smooth implementation of ecological construction projects,consolidating the outcome of forestry construction,promoting the coordinated development of forestry eco-system and forestry industry system,and achieving the goals of forestry development,increasing income for farmers and forest area construction.
