提高盾构刀具耐磨性能的研究

摘要 通过对盾构机的盘刀和刮刀失效形式的调查,分析了目前盾构刀具的主要失效形式,以及产生这些失效的原因,为提高盾构刀具耐磨性能的研究提供了依据。结合盾构刀具的工作原理,盾构刀具的使用现状,并对盾构刀具的磨损形式和磨损机理进行了分析研究,提出了提高盾构刀具耐磨性能的几点建议。 By investigating the failures of disc cutter and scraping cutter of shield machine,this thesis analyzes the main failures of shield machine cutters and the causes,which provides basis for research on the improvements of wear resistant performance of shield machine cutters.An analysis and a study is also made to the wear form and wear mechanism of the shield machine cutters and several suggestions are put forward on the improvement of wear resistant performance of shield machine cutters based on the working mechanism and the current use of shield machine cutters.
