应用动物模型对牙鲆不同日龄生长性状的遗传分析 被引量:6

Genetic analysis of growth traits in Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus with different ages(day) by an animal model

摘要 以中国水产科学研究院北戴河中心实验站2006至2009年间建立的38个牙鲆Paralichthys olivaceus选育家系为实验材料,根据对180、240、360日龄生长性状共3 742个个体的测定记录,应用REML方法和动物模型BLUP方法估计不同日龄牙鲆体重、体长、体高的遗传力和个体育种值,对不同家系和个体进行遗传评定。结果表明,180、240、360日龄牙鲆生长性状的遗传力分别为0.30~0.35、0.30~0.39、0.13~0.37,属于中等遗传力。对不同日龄生长性状育种值选择和表型值选择效率进行比较,结果表明,不同日龄生长性状依据育种值选择与依据表型值选择的结果存在较大差异。在360日龄,两种选择方法之间的差异达到最小,依据育种值选留的家系和个体比依据表型值选留的家系和个体分别提高:体重为93.92%和28.97%,体长为465.22%和124.49%,体高为176.00%和157.80%,育种值选择效率明显高于表型值选择效率。 The heritability and individual breeding value of body weight(BW),body length(BL) and body depth(BD) were estimated in 38 Japanese flounder Paralichthys olivaceus families selected and bred in Beidaihe research lab station from Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences be from 2006 to 2009,3742 individuals with 180,240 and 360 day old,by restricted maximum likelihood method(REML) and animal model best linear unbiased prediction(BLUP) method.The heritability for growth traits was found to range from 0.30 to 0.35,from 0.30 to 0.39,and from 0.13 to 0.37 in 180,240 and 360 day old juveniles,respectively.The comparison of selection efficiency based on breeding value or phenotypic value showed that there was significant difference in the selection based on breeding value or phenotypic value for growth traits in the juveniles with different ages.The minimum difference in both selection methods was observed in the 360 day old fish.The efficiency of breeding value selection was found to be 93.92% and 28.97% of BW,465.22% and 124.49% of BL,176.00% and 157.80% of BD higher than that of phenotypic value selection for family or individual,the efficiency of breeding value-based selection was significant higher than that of the phenotypic selection.
